Suspect In Nipsey Hussle Killing Pleads Not Guilty

Prosecutors on Thursday filed charges of murder and attempted murder against Eric Holder, the man accused of killing South LA rapper Nipsey Hussle. He was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and felony.

If found guilty, Holder faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Michael Trujillo said, "ONLY IN LA: Chris Darden the man who tried to prosecute OJ is Eric Holders attorney in the Nipsey Hussle trial". He is being held on $5 million bail and scheduled to be back in court May 10, TMZ reports.

Authorities say Holder and Hussle, who knew each other, has several conversations Sunday outside Hussle's The Marathon store. After a widely publicized manhunt, he was arrested on Tuesday in the city of Bellflower, in Los Angeles County.
