Former NFL Player Catches Alleged Peeping Tom Outside Daughter's Window

A former National Football League player did not hold back after he discovered a Peeping Tom lurking outside the bedroom window of his 15-year-old daughter.

When a deputy arrived, Cassidy and Beckham were fighting.

The man was peeping into Beckham's teen daughter's room; his trousers partly down and he was masturbating, he told the station.

European Union letter in full: What assurances have been offered for Brexit?
They could be in the sea, they could be ... "There were 20,000 soldiers in Northern Ireland and they couldn't hermetically seal the border in Northern Ireland".

"I waited for a second and I looked again", Beckham told the West Palm Beach-area station. She had just gotten out of the shower, and Cassidy was allegedly watching her with his "hand inside of his trousers making a motion consistent with masturbating".

Cassidy was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim younger than 16 years old.

The 40-year-old Gainesville native, who played with the Tennessee Titans and the Detroit Lions, disengaged once he saw the officer, and told him what had occurred, the report said.

The Henry County Sheriff's Office said no one by that name has been arrested since the warrant was issued a year ago . Kelly is under legal scrutiny in two states, Georgia and IL , for sexual and physical abuse by multiple women.

At that point, Beckham said he yelled at the man, who tried to run away.

After realizing what was happening, Beckham approached Cassidy and had a "good conversation" with him that ended with Cassidy having multiple broken bones in his face, as well as a black eye.

Police arrested 48-year-old Geoffrey Cassidy for the indecent act Monday. Cassidy denied looking in the window, claiming he was in the neighborhood because his vehicle had broken down and he was waiting for it to cool down.
