PlayStation Online ID name change feature coming soon

The announcement was made in the wee hours on the PlayStation Blog, which said Sony will begin "testing" the long-awaited feature.

As of now, the feature will only be available to PlayStation users that have registered as testers for previous PS4 system software betas.

Haley Announces Resignation, Will Serve Until Year's End
Haley stayed coy on her reasons for quitting, saying only that it was "important to understand when it's time to stand aside". Trump said he was considering candidates to replace Haley, and would name her successor in the next two or three weeks.

After months of build up, and a rather large leak last week, Sony have confirmed that PlayStation Network ID changes are on the way, letting you hand in your embarrassing online name badge in favour of something a bit more sensible. You can change your Online ID as many times as you want, but much as with Xbox only the first change is free - it'll cost you $9.99 USD/CAD or your local equivalent after that.

Twelve years after debuting its PlayStation Network online service alongside the PlayStation 3, Sony is finally giving users the ability to change their PSN Online ID. Changing your PSN name is compatible with games published after April 1, 2018, as well as some of PS4's "most-played" titles to date. PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to change their name again for $4.99 instead. The changes will be available in the Settings menu and Profile page on PS4.

Surface Studio 2 goes up for preorder starting at $3,499
Much of Microsoft's improvements went toward the display, which is now 38 percent brighter and has 22 percent more contrast. One such device is a 2018 refresh of Microsoft's Surface Pro laptop-notebook hybrid device, dubbed the Surface Pro 6 .

Can I change my PSN name back to the old one?

Once the feature comes out of beta, changing the Online ID for the first time will be completely free of charge. The preview program is scheduled to end in November, with the feature officially rolling out in early 2019. We'll get a list of officially compatible games at some point in the future.

Ford has not been contacted by FBI yet in Kavanaugh investigation
The committee has said the probe should be limited to "current credible allegations" against Kavanaugh and be finished by Friday. She expressed sympathy for Ford, but said Kavanaugh deserved protection, too. "I just want this conducted in a fair way".

Additionally, when you change your name, "you will have the option to display your previous ID with your new ID, so your friends can recognize you". Now, you won't be able to change your name quite yet, but rest assured that it's coming. Sony will provide a list of supported ID change games (again, this is freaky that it doesn't just work universally, and a glimpse into Sony's odd infrastructure).
