TUTTOSPORT: Paul Pogba has chosen Juventus return

Jose Mourinho has confirmed Paul Pogba is no longer "second captain" at Manchester United but has denied the pair have fallen out.

Mourinho informed the squad of the news at Carrington on Tuesday, three days after United's disappointing draw with Wolves, after which Pogba criticised Mourinho's tactics.

The player and manager have seemed increasingly at odds over recent months, and on Saturday Pogba launched a not-too-subtle attack on his coach by urging United to change their style and "attack, attack, attack".

Manchester United will host Derby County in the third round of the League Cup on Tuesday night.

"I can't tell you because I'm a player", he said.

"Maybe the attitude should be better and we should play better because, again, we are at Old Trafford and we should just attack and press like we did against Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal last season".
