"I'll be 23 on Tuesday, but I won't be celebrating until the end of the season", Shiffrin said with next week's season finals at Are, Sweden to come.

The World Cup finals begin Wednesday with women's and men's downhill, and the season concludes next Sunday. "My biggest challenge this year has not been the Olympics, or the (World Cup) overall or any of that, but getting motivated for these last races".
